Paste the notice for a free diagnosis: what Amazon is asking for, which evidence the case needs, and what usually gets it rejected. Then check every document against Amazon's own requirements before anything is written.
Diagnosis and evidence check free · cases from $9, paid once

Free diagnosis
Paste Amazon's full message. No account needed.
Each file is checked against the requirements on Amazon's help pages, with Amazon's wording beside every result.
Example: proforma-invoice.png
Will be rejected · A completed, paid transaction: not a quote, pro forma invoice or order confirmation.
Amazon's wording: “Sales quotes, pro forma invoices” · help page
Passes · Issued within the 365 days before the notice.
Amazon's wording: “A clearly displayed issue date within the past 365 days before the receipt of the performance notification” · help page
Passes · The supplier's name, phone number, address and website.
Amazon's wording: “Contact information of your supplier, including a name, phone number, address, and website” · help page
An example with real rules, not a customer's case.

From notice to submitted case
1
Paste the notice
A free diagnosis tells you what happened, what Amazon wants and which evidence the case needs.
2
Check your evidence
Upload invoices, proofs of delivery, IDs or photos. Each file is checked against the requirements on Amazon's help pages, with the exact wording quoted. Free.
3
Get the document written
Pay once per case. The appeal or case message is written only from your facts and files; anything missing is marked [ADD: …], never invented. Revise as often as you need.
4
Submit and follow up
You submit in Seller Central. When Amazon replies, paste the reply and get the answer written, at no extra cost.
Built on Amazon's own words
Amazon's requirements, quoted
Every check points to the Seller Central help page it comes from. We re-read those pages every day and update the checks when Amazon changes them.
Facts only
Documents use what you provide. A missing fact becomes a visible placeholder for you to fill, not an invented date, supplier or action.
You stay in control
We never ask for your Seller Central login. Your files are private to you and you can delete them at any time.
14-day satisfaction refund
Not satisfied with a paid case? Ask within 14 days for a refund, once per account. We do not guarantee Amazon's decision, and we are not a law firm.
Questions
What does the free diagnosis include?
You paste Amazon's notice and get what kind of case it is, what Amazon is asking for, the evidence the case needs, the facts you will need to supply, and the common reasons such cases are rejected. You can do it without an account.
How is the evidence check different from an AI appeal writer?
Before anything is written, each file you upload is read and checked against the requirements on Amazon's help pages: for example whether an invoice is a completed transaction, dated within the window Amazon asks for, and shows the supplier's contact details. Each result quotes Amazon's wording and links to the page. The check is free.
What does a case cost?
Account appeals and verification cost $79 per case, listing appeals $49, and inbound shipments, inbound disputes, remeasurements and reimbursement claims $9. You pay once per case; revisions and answers to Amazon's replies are included.
Do you guarantee my account or listing will be reinstated?
No. Amazon decides. We make sure the documents follow Amazon's requirements and use only your facts. If you are not satisfied with a paid case, you can ask for a refund within 14 days, once per account.
Do you need my Seller Central login?
No, never. You submit the documents in Seller Central yourself.
What happens to my files?
They are stored privately for your account until you delete them, and sent to our AI provider only to process your case.
