Amazon removed your listing. Answer the complaint with the right evidence.
What resolves a listing removal depends on the complaint: a retraction or licence for IP, invoices for authenticity, a root cause for condition. Check your invoices against Amazon's requirements before you appeal.
Price: $49 per case, after the free diagnosis and evidence check. Unlimited revisions and follow-ups.

What this notice means
Amazon removes a listing when a rights owner reports it (trademark, copyright or patent), when customers or Amazon raise an authenticity concern ("inauthentic"), when buyers report the condition of what they received, or when the listing breaks a policy. The notice names the ASINs and the type of complaint.
For a trademark or counterfeit complaint about the product, invoices proving where the goods came from are the core evidence. For a complaint about the detail page, edit the page first. If you hold a licence, the rights owner can send Amazon a retraction. Copyright complaints can be answered with a DMCA counter-notice, which cannot be withdrawn once sent, so that decision stays yours.
Wording you may see
- “We removed some of your listings because we received a report from a rights owner…”
- “We received a report that one or more of your listings are inauthentic…”
- “Customers have reported that the item they received was used or damaged…”
- “Provide an invoice, letter of authorization, or licensing agreement…”

Why these get rejected
- Pro forma invoices, quotes or order confirmations instead of a completed transaction.
- Invoices dated outside the 365 days before the notice, or not covering the quantities sold.
- Supplier contact details missing, or the supplier looks like the seller's own business.
- A forwarded email from the rights owner instead of a retraction sent to Amazon directly.
- Files in a format the notice does not accept, or links instead of attachments.

Questions
What makes an invoice acceptable?
A completed transaction (not a quote or pro forma), issued within 365 days before the notice, with the supplier's name, phone, address and website, the products identifiable, and quantities that cover your sales. Prices may be hidden; nothing else may be altered.
Do invoices have to be in English?
No. Amazon's invoice requirements say other languages are accepted.
Should I contact the rights owner?
If you believe the complaint is a mistake or you have permission to sell, ask the rights owner to send Amazon a retraction. Amazon only accepts retractions the rights owner submits directly.
Can I file a copyright counter-notice?
You can, but a counter-notice has legal consequences and cannot be withdrawn. We help you prepare it if you decide to; we do not push it.
