Amazon deactivated your seller account. Get the appeal right the first time.
A deactivation is answered with a Plan of Action and supporting documents. Check the evidence against Amazon's requirements before you write, so the appeal does not fail on a document.
Price: $79 per case, after the free diagnosis and evidence check. Unlimited revisions and follow-ups.

Amazon's wording: “Sales quotes, pro forma invoices” · help page
Passes · Issued within the 365 days before the notice.
Amazon's wording: “A clearly displayed issue date within the past 365 days before the receipt of the performance notification” · help page
Passes · The supplier's name, phone number, address and website.

What this notice means
Amazon deactivates or suspends a selling account when it finds a performance problem (for example an order defect rate above 1% or a late shipment rate above 4%), a policy violation, a link to another account that was deactivated, or something it needs to verify. Listings stop and funds may be held while the account is under review.
To reactivate, Amazon asks for a Plan of Action: the root cause of each issue it names, the actions already taken, and the measures that prevent it from happening again, with documents for the ASINs or orders involved. For related accounts, the appeal explains the relationship between the accounts instead.
Wording you may see
- “We have deactivated your selling account…”
- “Your account is at risk of deactivation…”
- “To reactivate your account, submit a plan of action…”
- “You have a separate account which was enforced…”

Why these get rejected
- The root cause is generic ("we will be more careful") instead of the specific cause behind the issue Amazon named.
- Actions have no dates and preventive measures cannot be verified.
- An issue or an ASIN listed in the notice is not addressed.
- Invoices are pro forma, outside the date window, or do not cover the quantities sold.
- The appeal blames Amazon or buyers, or adds unrelated questions and references to other cases.

Questions
How long does Amazon take to answer an appeal?
Amazon says to expect a reply within about two days of submitting an appeal through Account Health. Do not resubmit before Amazon has had time to review it.
What should the root cause say?
The specific reason the issue happened in your business, such as an unverifiable supplier, a stock-control gap or a quality-control step that was missing. One cause per paragraph when there are several.
What if the deactivation is for a related account?
The account that caused the violation has to be reinstated first. The related account's appeal then names that store and explains the relationship factually.
Can you write the appeal without my documents?
Yes, but anything the appeal needs and you have not provided is left as an [ADD: …] placeholder. Nothing is invented.
